2008 BAR Rules Update

Here's a quick update on the new BAR rules for 2008.

  1. Officials cannot carry officials points to their new team when changing teams.

  2. A race in the VACX cyclocross series may count toward the officiating requirement for a non-BAR event.

  3. Omnium points for road races and crits will count 1.5 times the normal points.
