Races will be held rain or shine. The start and Finish Line will be directly in front of the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, at 206 High Street, in Old Town Portsmouth, Va. 23705, 1/2 mile from the Downtown Tunnel. Use Mapquest for directions. Held under USA Cycling Permit.

Snail Mail Registration: Send standard athlete registration form to Tony D'Amato 944 Gideon Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454 by July 15th. $5.00 late fee applies after that date, except for Cat 5 and Women 4.

Day of race registration opens at 11:00 AM and closes 15 minutes prior to the start of the race. Promoter reserves the right to combine categories due to insufficient participation.
