ENTRY FEES:

              $5  -  Juniors 10-14 years old       No late fees for Cat 5 men, Cat 4 women or  Juniors
              $10 -  Juniors 15-18 years old 
              $20 - Pre-registration received prior to race day
              $25 - Registration on race day

REGISTRATION Opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes 30 minutes before the start of each race. Events are held rain or shine. All start times are approximate. All entrants must have a current USCF license or MUST purchase a One-Day License at registration. Riders under 18 years of age are required to have a parent's signature. Helmets are mandatory in all events. No aero bars permitted. All USCF rules apply. Field limit in all races is 50 riders. Women's race has a combined limit of 50 riders. Held under USA Cycling permit #2006-194. No Cat 5's in Masters races. Promoter may adjust prize money based on field sizes.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: A very fast and flat half-mile oval with one 90 degree bend.

DIRECTIONS: FROM THE NORTH, take I-95 South to I-64 East to Newport News Exit #255A (Jefferson Ave East). Continue 3 lights to Oyster Point Rd. and turn right. Go 1 mile to a left turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx. 2 miles on the right-hand side. FROM THE SOUTH, take I-64 West or I-664 to Newport News Exit #261A (J. Clyde Morris Blvd. South). Continue 2.5 miles to a right turn at Warwick Blvd. Todd Stadium will be approx. 1 mile on the left-hand side.
